52 Week Project : Wk 2

Week 2's self torture portrait...
There's me again!
This time on the way to a friend's place to watch the football on the weekend.
I like to jump on the bandwagon during finals time.
The rest of the season is just muscly arm eye candy to me!

Unfortunately, this was me on the return trip as the boys lost by a substantial amount and ended an awesome season in disappointing form.
West Coast for 2012, hey?!

Linking up with gorgeous My Mummy Daze and her 52 Week Project.
Go on, get your self portrait on!

Shar :-)

Haha, awesome! Is that you wiping away the tears after the team's loss? Love it!

I jump on the bandwagon and enjoy that eye candy too. Nothing beats snacking on some M&M's while you perve on some biceps!

Love your haircut by the way. I can't imagine my hair ever being tamed into such a neat bob!

That's the 'tude, wait until it gets remotely interesting & if you can't beat your husband, join him, then enjoy a full off season of not having to listen to anything abotu football. West Coast are lucky to have such a glamorous supporter.
I'm lucky, i married an action man so he doesn't have to follow football (of course he likes rugby) or drag any of us into it. Right now my 4 children are only into athletics, yahoo, we're off to the state finals for various athletics events for high school in a few weeks. Very proud.
Kind of glad they don't follow any teams of anything as the colours are all ugly. I do like the colour of the Argentinian Rugby team, always have, that blue would suit our decor. As would the catelogue models who play rugby for their beloved South American homeland. Love Posie

Oh & an academy award for the wiping-tears-from-face-with-scarf image, love Posie

And commiserations for poor old West Coast xo

Muscly arm eye candy... What a fabulous phrase, will be borrowing that one.

Your portraits are wonderful... And car shots are always great.

Are you still really finding it torturous?

Nothing quite like seeing your smiling face first thing in the morning. Another 50 weeks to go, I think I might enjoy this. :)

Love all the light you have in the first shot :)

I can't remember the last time we paid attention to football in this house. I (by way of the marriage contract) am a Richmond supporter, so after round 4 there is not point, LOL

Yup - the only time I got on the bandwagon with basketball was when our college team was doing awesome in the finals. Then it was finally exciting. And of course you then have to brag about your team to everyone.

Haha! I'm not a "footy" girl really, but I love grand final weekend - the atmosphere and excitement. I'll watch those games, for sure!
