52 Week Project : Wk 5

Going incognito for the 52 Week Project - Week 5

Peek-a-boo!
My uncanny disguise is a bunch of flowers purchased for a beautiful friend and the home of my dreams
- which she just happens to have purchased recently.
My eyes may or may not have been a little greener after leaving her stunning, welcoming new abode.

After my naturopath got all iridology-y on me last week, I see those green peepers in a different light.
Yep, deliberate pun.

Iridilogy is an alternative technique whose proponents claim that patterns, colors, and other characteristics of the iris can be examined to determine information about a patient's systemic health.
(You took the words, right outta my mouth Wikipedia!)

Her reading (jury's still out on the actual factual of it here) did make me think and give me insight (yep, another deliberate pun) into just how the eyes can be the window to the soul (and inner health).

Joining the beautiful My Mummy Daze in her 52 Week Project vision.
Take the opportunity to see yourself from the other side with us.

Shar :-)

Curious! I'd never thought of trying Iridology, but it's sounds intriguing!

You're looking gorgeous as always hiding behind that bunch of flowers. I love your hair cut! My hair's way too fine to ever pull off such a look!

My friend went to an iridologist to try and get some answers as to why her little one was having some health issues. This lady was spot on with her diagnosis. Until then, I hadn't heard much about it, but I'm certainly now intrigued and open to the concept. Very interesting.
LOVE the pic Shar, looks like you're going to spring out from behind those Lillies... 'like a tiger!'

I have been to an irridologist, and they were spot on about things.

Iridology is one of the things I want to get back to the naturopath for - I love hearing what they see in the eyes, always fascinates me. Mind you, it's 15 years since I last had it done.

I do spy that HUGE grin behind those flowers! :D

Wow, interesting! Should try that sometime.

You looked beautiful, even partially hidden! The flowers couldn't compete, my dear :)

You have the coolest hair!

So how do you treat what's wrong when it's diagnosed through iridology? Have to confess I'm ignorant about most of those other forms of 'wellness discovery' (do you like my new term for 'alternative medicine'!?)...

Green really suits you, not that I think you should hide among leaves often as it totally wastes your beauty.

Happy weekend, x

You look great even hidden behind leaves!

Eyes and mouth popping out from behind the flowers. Kind of like feminine camouflage!

Meant to add... you've only got two more posts and you hit 200! What a milestone!

You are too cute!!
I've never *seen* (see what I did there?) an iridologist. But I would love to know more about it.
