Reduced To Clear...

When I consider this excess 'baby weight' that I would dearly like to shift...

(Heeeey, wouldn't it be terrific if it were that simple
- like offloading rugs in one of those great SALE SAAALE SAAAAALEs.
10% off - everything must go, go goooo!!!)

Do I factor in that my heart is now bursting to capacity and twice the size it was a few months ago?

Or that my shoulders will now need to be twice as wide to carry
the responsibility of two little people dependent on me?

Or that I'll be needing extra muscle mass to be twice as strong in a crisis?
If so, maybe I could do with these few kilos after all.
Pass the Tims Tams please.

Shar :-)

Oh Shar - that is the last thing you should be worrying about at the moment. Enjoy being with your two beautiful kids and slowly things will start to allow time for exercise and fitness. For now though enjoy those Tim Tams.

Eat the Timtam, then another one with a third chaser. Then cuddle that gorgeous little bundle and worry about it later!

Lovely lady, you can most certainly deal with many extra kilo's, you look so well & lovely. Just embrace the moment of feeling so content & enjoying your babies. I would ideally like to firm up some problem areas, but have resigned myself to the fact it will have to wait a few years until I get some proper 'me' time goIng on again xo

Honey i'm athletic but not naturally skin & bones, i lost the baby weight, all of it, in the first few weeks just via breastfeeding, especially the twins, i lost 25kg in one week. So i never judge those Hollywood ones who lose it quickly, as i did. I ended up lighter each pregnancy, like high school slim. Mind you, helped i was still in my 20s for all 4 children. A friend had a baby yesterday, she'd gained weight before, only added 3kg with this whole pregnancy, so we're walking together to get in shape for Summer, i love pushing pram!! Love Posie

I am struggling with the fact I'm still carrying baby weight. My hips have completely stretched! It really gets me down at times.
But I have to just keep reminding myself to look at my two little loves and thank my body for bringing them into the world safely.
It takes 9 months to put on all the weight. It can take 9 months to get it off. I have to remember that. xx

Shar, Missi's only 3 weeks old. You have plenty of time to lose it, Sweetheart. Remember you gave Miss Annie the flick ages ago. You don't need her. J x
