I thought I'd better pack our bags - you know, just in case.
So, today's washing involved these novelty items...
I'm sure when they become everyday items, the novelty will be long gone.
But for now, I'm revelling in oooohing and aaaahing over these pretty little things.
I'm also sure that post birth I'll be ever so grateful (and maybe aaaaahing) for button down tops and a lovely 'soft pant' from my own bag too.
I'm grateful for the privilege and excitement of preparing to meet a special little someone.
What are you filled with gratitude for this weekend?
Linking with Maxabella Loves' 52 Weeks of Grateful.

And don't forget your gorgeous granny undies for after. Louise
now that is one exciting washing load like never before :) x
Novelty items are always so exciting to wash, aren't they, and even more so when they are for a new baby!
Bless! I had no idea where you were going with the 'grateful for washing' bit, but I TOTALLY get it!
Little girl clothes are sublime. x
Awww preparing for baby's arrival is so precious! So close! Hope you can squeeze in some rest & nurturing time before her arrival xxxx
And what a truly beautiful and fitting thing to be grateful for Shar. I know exactly what you mean, prepping the baby clothes is always the most exciting and lovely thing to do. All fresh and bright and neat. I don't think you'll ever get sick of little girl's clothes.
xoxo
This is just the warm and fuzzy lovely stuff. When I had a boy after 3 girls I was so excited to be washing boys clothes for a change! Now 11 months on the novelty has worn off a little!
Just delightful, Shar. I can't wait to see a certain little girl filling them out! J x
